After a very impressive Galaxy S8, Samsung fans are really excited about the next flagship smartphone – Galaxy S9. As usual, the Internet is getting filled with rumours and leaks but some of them seem to be trustworthy. For instance, one Korean publisher recently quoted an anonymous Samsung representative who shed some light onto the upcoming smartphone.
According to this source, Samsung Galaxy S9 won’t be as innovative as its predecessor. Apparently, Samsung will be more focused on software quality and innovative user interfaces.
As for other specs, it’s reported that Samsung will keep the Galaxy S9 aspect ratio of 9:18.5, but will reduce the scope, leaving the design without significant changes. The phone will work on the new Exynos 9810, developed by Samsung itself, or on Snapdragon 845 (for the US market).
Besides, the camera on New Samsung Galaxy S9 will be able to record slow motion videos at 1000fps. Also, the company recently announced two new sensors, one of which will be installed in Galaxy S9. It means that the smartphone may have the best camera on the market.
The publisher says that Galaxy S9 will be announced during the next Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Thus, it can happen already on February 25.
