New Apple iPhone Release Date Is Officially Announced

Apple officially confirmed plans to organize an annual official presentation of its new products on September 12 in its new center – at the Steve Jobs Theater on the Apple campus in Cupertino. Although its construction hasn’t been finished yet, the 1000-seat auditorium will be witnessing new Apple devices quite soon. The confirmation appeared on Monday in The Wall Street Journal. The invitations to the presentation have already been sent to media representatives.

The presentation is expected to feature three new iPhone models: two updated ones – 7s and 7s Plus – and iPhone 8 as a commemoration of the 10th anniversary since the release of the first iPhone. The new smartphone is equipped with many interesting features, such as face recognition technology and wireless charging.

During the event, Apple will also present a new Apple Watch 3 equipped with a cellular LTE chip, which also has access to wireless services such as e-mail, text messages and calls, without connecting to iPhone. Apart from that, the company is likely to demonstrate a new version of the streaming device compatible with 4K TVs. The device will support a super-sharp image (more than 8 million pixels) – much higher than that of traditional high-resolution video.

In addition, the company will officially announce the release of new operating systems: iOS 11, macOS High Sierra, watchOS 4 and tvOS 11.

As for the iPhone 8, the sale of a new smartphone is expected to start by the end of September. The price of the phone, according to various sources, will range from $1000 to $1400.
