What is Apple iPhone Actual Sales?

If Apple is really going to present the new iPhone generation in September, like in previous years, its production is about to start very soon. In fact, according to Nikkei, the Cupertino company is actively preparing for that having ordered 70 million OLED-displays from Samsung.

If the rumours about iPhone 8 are true, we’ll see OLED-display there with minimal edges. That’s why Apple needs a supplier for this type of displays. It turns out that Samsung is the only company that is actually equipped for that. So, Apple has to ask for help from its Korean arch-nemesis.

In total, experts say, Samsung plans to ship almost 95 million OLED-displays for Apple in 2017. The analysts expect that iPhone 8 will have a 5.2-inch screen and the Home button will be built straight into the display. Apart from that, the device will identify the user by his face.

Earlier, several publishers were dubious that there is a company in the world that is able to indulge the Apple’s need for OLED-displays. Evidently, Samsung proved all critics wrong.
