The Chinese mobile device maker Meizu officially presented its new flagman – Meizu Pro 7. The biggest novelty in this smartphone is the second display on the back. And here is features, specs, price and brief review of Meizu Pro 7.
The display, however, doesn’t take the whole rear side, like in Yotaphone. Instead, it only has a 1.9-inch diagonal. It’s a touch-sensitive AMOLED display with 536×240 resolution. It can show notifications about missed calls and text messages as well as make better selfies. More details about the second display will be available later.
As for the main display, it has a 5.2-inch diagonal and Full HD resolution. Meizu Pro 7 is a bit of a disappointment in terms of its processor – MediaTek Helio P25 is featured in less expensive smartphones. Still, other characteristics are quite interesting. Above the rear display, there is a dual camera (12MP + 12MP, Sony IMX386). Also, Meizu Pro 7 has a great sound system with a special audio chipset and a built-in amplifier. Apart from that, the smartphone has a special mTouch button with an integrated fingerprint sensor.
Other important specs include 4/6 GB RAM, 64/128 GB storage, 16MP front camera and a 3,000mAh battery. Both the Meizu Pro 7 and Pro 7 Plus go on sale August 5th, starting at $430 and $530 respectively.
