Smart Pillow for Comfortable Sleep

Today, very few people manage to get up in the morning well rested and in a good mood. But modern technologies can be very helpful here. For example, an interesting product has just been launched on Kickstarter. It’s called Sunrise Smart Pillow and it’s exactly what it sounds like – a smart gadget for the best and most comfortable sleep ever.

The smart pillow is designed to improve the sleep quality for its users and make waking up in the morning more enjoyable. The creators of the device say that the normal awakening process from the alarm clock is unnatural and even harmful. It can spoil the mood, and sometimes all day. So they created Sunrise Smart Pillow to make people’s lives better.

Smart Pillow for Comfortable Sleep, Smart Home

The gadget is equipped with a LED backlight on both sides. When it’s time to wake up, the warm light illuminates slowly imitating the sunrise. So even in a dark room you’ll wake up more naturally. Moreover, due to special sensors, Sunrise Smart Pillow tracks the phases of the user’s sleep and wakes him up at the most appropriate time, so that he would be rested. To set the time, there is an accompanying mobile app available for iOS and Android devices.

The built-in backlight can be used not only for waking up, but also for reading books before going to bed. All settings are adjusted via the mobile app. In addition, the pillow uses more pleasant sounds instead of traditional alarm signals. It can be a sound of nature or a user’s favourite song uploaded from different online services, like YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Google Play Music and others.

Sunrise Smart Pillow is available on Kickstarter for $99.
