Most smartwatches can’t boast powerful software inside them. Usually, there’s enough for displaying notifications and other simple tasks. However, there are a few models that can be even compared with smartphones. One of them is Thor by Zeblaze which just came out.
The watch is really equipped like a budget smartphone. First of all, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with a familiar interface. In addition, Thor is powered by a quad-core processor accompanied with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. The most part of the front side is taken by the 1.4-inch Super AMOLED display with 400×400 resolution which is a lot for a smartwatch. The screen is even protected with Gorilla Glass 3.
Another feature, which is rare on smartwatches, is a camera. There is no information about its resolution but it has to be good for taking a quick shot. Besides, Thor supports 3G, Wi-Fi and GPS. By the way, if you’re interested in fitness tracking, the watch has a built-in heart rate monitor along with other things, like step counting or distance measuring.
Zeblaze Thor comes out in late April. The price of the watch is yet to be revealed and we expect it to be quite high.
