Samsung Galaxy S8 Broke Productivity Record on AnTuTu

People are very excited about the new Samsung Galaxy S8 which will be unveiled later this month. And now they have one more reason to be happy.

According to a video, which recently appeared on the Internet, Galaxy S8 scored incredible 205 284 points on the benchmark AnTuTu. If this is true, this smartphone is officially the new AnTuTu record holder. The result exceeds the numbers of iPhone 7 (181 807) by a huge margin. To the joy of all Android fans, the smartphone on this OS set the productivity record on the famous benchmark.

Actually, the results aren’t that surprising. Such advantage over other devices is provided by new chipsets in Samsung smartphones. Both Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus are powered by new-generation processors: Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 or Exynos 8895 depending on the version. The former was released in 2017 and it even exceeds Apple A10 in several aspects.

As you may remember, Samsung will unveil both smartphones on March 29 in New York. The sales won’t start until late April. And like many others, we are waiting eagerly for more news about both smartphones.
